Customer Service Guarantee
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If you feel the item delivered by one of our local florists or our service was unsatisfactory, resolutions may include replacement of the product, refund of your money, or offering you a partial credit.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within three days of delivery
Because of the perishable nature of flowers, please contact us within three days of delivery with the details of your complaint. Email shane@flowersondemand.ca with your order number and a photo of the arrangement if possible.
We'll review your request
Our team will review your concern and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Get your resolution
Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement arrangement, process a refund, or offer a partial credit.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
We will honor a request to cancel an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by your local florist.
To cancel: Contact us at shane@flowersondemand.ca as early as possible with your order number. If we are able to cancel an order, your money will be fully refunded.

- ✓Flowers not meeting quality standards
- ✓Wilted or damaged flowers upon delivery
- ✓Incorrect arrangement delivered
- ✓Delivery issues caused by our florist network
- ✓Missing items or incorrect quantities
❌ What We Don't Cover
- ×Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
- ×Recipient refused delivery
- ×Natural wilting after several days (flowers are perishable)
- ×Approved substitutions of similar flowers (when original is unavailable)
⏱️ Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- • Refund processed within 1-2 business days
- • Funds appear in your account within 5-7 business days
- • You'll receive confirmation email when refund is processed
