We want to ensure you are satisfied with your order. If you feel the item delivered by one of our local florists or our service was unsatisfactory, resolutions may include replacement of the product, refund of your money, or offering you a partial credit.
Contact us within three days of delivery
Because of the perishable nature of flowers, please contact us within three days of delivery with the details of your complaint. Email shane@flowersondemand.ca with your order number and a photo of the arrangement if possible.
We'll review your request
Our team will review your concern and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Get your resolution
Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement arrangement, process a refund, or offer a partial credit.
We will honor a request to cancel an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by your local florist.
To cancel: Contact us at shane@flowersondemand.ca as early as possible with your order number. If we are able to cancel an order, your money will be fully refunded.
