How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your concern and respond within 2 hours during business hours.
Get your resolution
We'll either send a replacement arrangement or process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
To cancel: Contact us at info@flowersondemand.ca with your order number. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

- ×Recipient refused delivery
