How do I place an order?

Can I order flowers for delivery today?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. During peak holiday periods, same-day delivery cutoff time may be earlier.

What if the recipient is not home?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery and leave the arrangement in a safe location if no one is home. You can also add special delivery instructions during checkout.

What if a flower is out of season?

If there is a substitution needed, we will contact you and get your approval first. You have the option of approving the substitution or cancelling your order. Substitutions usually affect type of flowers used as some flowers may not be available by the local florist at the time.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders will be assessed a single $19.99 Delivery Charge. This fee is added to your order total at checkout.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes! We deliver to hospitals across Canada. Please provide the patient's full name and room number during checkout.

Yes! Use our Track Order page to check your order status. You'll also receive email updates throughout the delivery process.

What is Picture Service?

Our Picture Service means we send you a picture of your actual flower arrangement after it was created by our preferred local florist. There is no additional charge for Picture Service. During checkout, if your delivery is in a city where Picture Service is available, you will be asked if you want a picture sent to you by email and/or text. In the Special Instructions section, you can also request a picture and we will do our best to honor that request.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us at shane@flowersondemand.ca within three days of delivery with your order number and the details of your complaint. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or partial credit.

Can I cancel my order?

We will honor a request to cancel an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by your local florist. If we are able to cancel an order, your money will be fully refunded. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We will honor a request to change an order provided that the process of fulfilling the flower order has not already begun by your local florist. If you are changing the delivery date, we will honor that where possible. If you are changing the items ordered and your new order total is less than your previous order total, we will credit you the difference. If your new order total is greater, you will be charged for the difference. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an order.

Do I need an account to order?

No! You can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you set up birthday and anniversary reminders, view your order history, and enjoy faster checkout. You can also create an account during checkout.

What are date reminders?

Date reminders are a free feature for account holders. Add birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates to your account and we'll email you before each one so you have time to order flowers. You can set how many days in advance you'd like to be reminded (3 to 30 days). Manage your reminders anytime from your account dashboard.
